Billing
Purchases in the app are handled by Apple.
Cancel or change your plan
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions › fitcue.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the period you already paid for runs out.
You paid, but nothing unlocked
In the app, go to Account and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks your Apple receipt and applies the plan to the account you are signed in to.
Still free? Send us the receipt and the address you signed in with.
Refunds
Apple issues every App Store refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account and photos
You can take any of it back, any time.
Delete your account
From Account in the app, or email us and we will do it.
Cancel in Apple first. Deleting your fitcue account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so it would keep billing you.
Get a copy of your data, or correct it
Email us from the address on your account. What we collect is in the Privacy Policy.
Your photos
Used to read the outfit and give you feedback. Never sold. Camera and photo access can be switched off in Settings › Privacy & Security.
Report a bug
The more of this you send, the faster it is fixed.
What to include
- What you were doing, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording
- iPhone model and iOS version
- App version, from Account › Settings
- Roughly when it happened
If a fit check fails, the credit comes back on its own. If it does not, tell us and we will add it back.
