Purchase information

If you make a purchase or subscribe through the iOS app, Apple processes your payment through your Apple Account. We may receive limited purchase-related information from Apple, such as subscription status, product identifier, transaction status, and renewal status. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Support communications

If you contact us, we may collect your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

04Photo processing

Photos you upload are processed to provide outfit analysis and style feedback. fitcue may use automated systems to generate feedback.

We do not sell your photos.

Uploaded photos are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide outfit analysis and style feedback, maintain safety and security, comply with legal obligations, or respond to your requests.

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us at support@getfitcue.app.

You can control certain permissions through your device settings, such as access to Photos, Camera, or notifications.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information.

08Children’s privacy

fitcue is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@getfitcue.app and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
